Automatic Door Systems

Automatic doors offer convenient and easy access for all visitors; not just wheelchair users. The elderly and mothers with small children are also major beneficiaries, with studies showing that public buildings with automatic doors attract more footfall than those with manual doors.

We offer solutions for all types of doors including interior, exterior and fire doors to meet our client's precise accessibility requirements. Our systems enable improved access and assist in complying with elements of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). We can also integrate access control where higher levels of security are required. Solutions include:

  • Swing Doors - Double or Single, Existing or New, Low or High Energy, Full or Semi-Automatic

  • Replacement aluminium/glass doors and shopfronts

We work closely with several aluminium fabricators to offer a full package for those clients who require new door leaves, shop fronts or modifications to the same. However, most existing swing doors can be retrofitted with automation units to offer a solution without the added cost of new door leaves.

Every door is installed in full compliance with BS7036 Safety at Automated Pedestrian Doors by our trained Engineers, to ensure the optimum safety for your staff, customers or residents.
