Established in 2003, Access Protection has quickly grown into reputable source of product based solutionsWhere there is a requirement to enable or control access to people or assets; our aims are clear. We are ethical in all our dealings and value our customers as the foundation of our business. Our aim is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects on schedule and we strive for reliability in product performance and the service level we deliver.
With a Yorkshire style no nonsense approach, it is important to us that we identify the needs of the end users so that our clients brief is clear and delivered without compromise. To do this, we lead a professional management team which has worked together for more than a decade, adapting the company and setting objectives to meet fast-changing customer needs and a range of products to satisfy them.
We aim to give our customers complete trust and confidence in the integrity of both the equipment we install, and the company providing it.
Paul Batty
Born in the Yorkshire Dales, Paul Batty has been involved in Sales & Marketing since 1980. After spending six years in the Agricultural Machinery market, he moved into Security in 1986 handling major contracts in the North East of England for a national alarm company.
After a brief encounter with the industrial laundry trade, 1994 saw a return to Security with the UK market leader of staff protection systems to the financial sector and local authority markets. During this period Paul also achieved a Diploma in Security Management at Loughborough University before finally setting up Access Protection Limited in 2003 with long time associate Neil Rollerson.
Paul explains "our focus and commitment is to work with clients to help them achieve solutions tailored to their exact requirements. We achieve this by understanding their unique circumstances and delivering no-nonsense cost effective results".
Neil Rollerson
Born in Hull, Neil Rollerson trained and qualified as a Mechanical Design
Engineer with J.H. Fenner in 1978. After spending several years on the drawing board (pre-cursor to CAD), he moved into Contract Management, handling extensive roll out programs to major High Street retailers with a national signage company.
1990 saw a move to the security industry, marketing staff protection systems to the banks, building societies and local authorities, before establishing Access Protection Limited in 2003 with long time colleague, Paul Batty.
"We offer an honest and pragmatic response to organisations by looking to define their needs and establishing the solutions to meet them. We manage a mix of most trades but primarily automation, access control and door manufacture, giving our clients a single point of contact, even on multiple projects" Neil explains.
